man no matter how you spin it, adding a cage to a car is the least amount of fun lol. I fabricated mine and can see why it usually costs around 5-6k to do a full fd cage. that experience alone is the reason i havent just started over with a new chassis lol
Watched this several times now as I'm currently doing the exact same thing. My only issue is the wires all over the place. Besides the heated seat wires, what else can go? Would be cool to see a video addressing this
It just depends on how deep you want to go! I pulled the wires for my door sensors, seats, air bags, and rear defroster. I decided to stop after that because I was on a time crunch, but you could take the whole harness down to bare wires! Or you can just group everything together and ziptie/tape it up so it looks neater
