I'd bet the monster is based of a bear for 3 reasons: 1. The claws are more robust to be a cat, dog or the prototype 2. The season of the release could be a hint like you said 3. When brightened you see a more canine or bear like face so either it is something like PJ or a new bear creature.

My question is how does he manage to make a simple trailer thats like 1 minute into a 15-20 minute video
When the 1st trailer came like 1-2 year ago, I commented on it saying that the gas mask is needed because the monster will emit a special gas that puts us to sleep that's why it said deep sleep and I was correct. In this trailer the prototype or whatever it is emitting a gas.

Orphans are being turned to evil monster, by "doctor", but one day, they turned a real employee into the prototype, but he wanted freedom in his new form, he wanted to save people😢 but the ones who were monster already, he combined them into his body to help save other orphans from becoming them, but making the monsters try to hurt the employees and "doctor" from making more.
One day there was a new monster that was purple , so kids were saying him as "nightmare" and the monster made them sleep, and then hurt them. So that's why the ending said 'Deep Sleep'. Remember, we are an employee so that's why the prototype wants to hurt us.

imagine if they actually released it on Christmas? That would be such an awesome Christmas gift! But now that you kind of think about it, the teaser was pretty scary, and try to think how much money they would earn from chapter 3 because of the graphics, the mystery, and the horror. I bet the price would be like 10 or 20 or something. I hope it comes out in December because on Steam I think they would have a winter sale like they did last time and we could get chapter 3 about 50% off which would be really great. But what makes me really wonder about Chapter 3 is. We never heard of or seen Poppy anywhere in teasers and images and we never even talked about her. Where will we see her in chapter 3? Will we see her on the train? What will happen to her in chapter 3???? Oh well, we might find out in the official trailer or maybe even in the game. I can't wait to see thinknoodles play it and I can't wait to play it myself as well! I hope it will come out soon!

I’m pretty sure it is a cat because if you think about it “Deep sleep” is the name of the chapter… and Cats take Cat naps, also known as deep sleeps. It also looks like a cat lol

Yeah, I was so disappointed by Winter as well, but if you think about it that’s good. If they’re making us wait till Winter that means they’re taking their time to make this game the best they can, it’ll all be worth it in about 4-5 months, just watch.

for the website i may have a theory on the protected passwords:
if you go to that one part with the gas mask in the video, you can see letters around the screen that could be the password to the locked files

It's possible that Petite Pooch is the culprit. Petite Pooch is a purple-colored dog.

Petite Pooch, like The Prototype and Barry the Cart, is an additional character in Poppy Playtime.
Petite Pooch's not being as well known as Huggy Wuggy and Mommy Long Legs may allow her to be more of an unexpected Big Bad in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3.

NO OFFENSE, but there ain’t no way it’s a cat it’s gotta be a bear, for instance it’s called deep sleep and is coming out winter, what do bears do? They hibernate in *Clears throat* WINTER! I’m saying like some others that I think it’s a teddy bear of some sorts, but it’s just a guess though I could be wrong and it could be a cat.

What Thinknoodles said about the boxing glove on the prototype, could have just been brons head but with a missing neck and and also that small cut scene with the mask, had words and letters which could spell out something

Apparently, because garland is a wreath of flowers and leaves, worn on the head or hung as a decoration. Look at those portraits, on the sides are leaves and flowers as for a decoration, seems like a similarity to me

So I’m guessing the dude that jump scares you near the end is spraying that gas everywhere that makes you fall into a “deep sleep” and that’s why we need the mask to keep from the red gas that he probably uses on the kids at the playcare

I know what the creepy doll pictures are about, in Project Playtime there's a secret poster that had three farm like creatures that looked similar the the pictures, and I think they ran down the train tracks jogging and the Prototype crashed the train to save them, the timeline might be wrong but it's my own theory.
Would’ve awesome if the main antagonist was a moth character cause the chapter is called deep sleep and moths come out during night and they emit dust from their wings but this one expels red gas out it’s mouth, so it sounds like a good concept for a moth character.

The new creature might be a toy bat cuz it screeches, has fur, sharp claws, it looks like it has pointy ears, and the chapter name is called “deep sleep” and bats sleep during the day, so it might be a mutated toy bat. But if you’re right, it could be a cat, maybe they thought “let’s have thinknoodles as a boss” lol
don't forget Miss Delight in the school house, or the Smiling Critters
If I’m gonna be honest, it actually looks like a cat if you look at the eyes and the claws in the merch and video, maybe it’s a new cat. (Not just candy cat and bee cat be cause they don’t look like the color as the claws) also if you look at the picture at 4:30, it kinda looks like a bird. But like I said it kinda looks like a cat, maybe it can also be a bear since they hibernate during the winter and have claws, also that hand looked very big compared to the mini huggy. But back to the cat, the mouth looks like a cats mouth if you look at 5:20 and pause it or change the playback speed. ALSO at 7:20, think points out a decapitated huggy wuggy, and where is the blood splattered on? The floor AND a stuffed teddy BEAR! (Also at 12:32 I think I see mommy long legs hands that thinks mouse hovers over. Like on our right there 2 small little arm things and the first one has huggy head, but if you look at the one under it it kinda looks likes mommy long legs hands, but I’m pretty sure mommy long legs had ONE arm when she was taken away so I’m not sure) AND at 14:26 think fins a gas mask picture which might mean that there is some sort of gas that puts people to sleep like a sleeping gas or something, and that gas mask makes it so the employees don’t fall asleep. Think EVEN SAYS at 16:35 that’s it’s a cat.
We have to remember that each monster is based off a childhood character/toy, this monster could be based off Garfield.
Cat’s are also kinda known for being lazy (not all of them) and they sleep a lot!!! Which is maybe why the chapter is sleep themed

I kind of have a theory:
In the part with writings on the wall which says 'the original saved me' or something like that, I think that the main antagonist for this chapter is another toy that was either a rejected toy, a toy that was about to get killed (like in the tape about Bron getting killed by other toys), or a toy that was about to die. I think that maybe 1006 found potential and strength in that toy that is very strong and 1006 decided to (save?) the toy and make it work for him and help him get stronger and I guess 1006 helps it too. We also see on the same wall (or another? I don't remember) writing of 'i live to serve our aNGeL of salvation' so it means that it sees 1006 as a savior.
But I have read another theory on another comment:

A theory I've read is that the antagonist is a bear. Because of what the shape of the face is. And that the game is going to publish at winter. And what hybernate in the winter is usually bears! My opinion on this theory is that it may be correct. And going back to my theory, it may be a reject toy. And back in chapter 2 we see a bear toy called Mr poops-a-lot (I think) and has a mustache like I think we see on the trailer.
But I'm still confused because the color of the antagonist in chapter 3 is purple while that Baer we saw was brown. He also had a hat and the skin seemed like it was scaly.

Imagine you play all the games and they are all terrifying, and then at the end of the last game, you fighting the prototype as a big robot meck with rocket pods and mini guns in a gladiator arena

I think the new monster is the Prototype. Because the "Hour of Joy" quote is actually connected to the prototype. Because MatPat, Caffeinated Gamer, and other Gamer and Theorists connect the quote "The Hour of Joy is at Hand" because they highlight the word hand and what we know bout the prototype is a mechanical claw.

That was the Cat-nap jumpscare.
Actually, the creature at the end is not killer Willy. It is actually catnap catnap is a really good toy that is helping the prototype and you have to be careful with catnap because he can shoot out killer red guess and you can actually see the smiling critters. The smiling critters is toys that are very cute and adorable creatures, but they are actually deadly in chapter 3 that are trying to kill dog day mutant dog day dog day is another one of the smiling quitters there is dog day, piggy, piggy, crafty, corn, poppy, hopscotch, cake and chicken blah blah Bobby bear hug, and cat nap is watching this I am also a friend of MrBeast.
Wow, he broke the pattern of only a video a day every morning just for poppy playtime. That shows just how excited he is for it and how much he loves it, as many of us do.
For the cat theory, chapter 3 is titled “deep sleep” and as you know, cats sleep a lot, so the entity or boss for chapter 3 could indeed be a huge cat or candy cat.
Personally, I’d assume it’s like a bear. Considering the claws and the name of the chapter my assumption is it’s a bear.

Huggys to big to be that small on the prototype and in chapter two the mini buggies where taken by the prototype so the buggy you saw in the trailer is a mini buggy

After watching this a couple of times, I also realized that all the toys shown had no heads. This might be an interesting fact, also the claw marks we saw might be either a cat or lion but judging by the drawings these children made was that the creature only comes out at night and the weird little red cloud like drawing of the kid might be the gas that this creature will disperse only when its night. And also that the drawings show a purple figure with wings. This is just a theory :)
