With many failed attempts on 0.2, I did it, 1 hour, 47 minutes, and 54 seconds on NIGHTMARE, No Major Glitches

at 1:47:00 the bacteria didn’t fall off and die. if you go too high up (close to 0.2’s floor) then the bacteria just respawns.

I think the last valve section in the 2nd poolrooms can be skipped by doing a crouch jump over something,
Not sure if that one is or isnt allowed in no glitch runs, randomly found that one when i was playing this game with my girlfriend.

I'm not aware if someone has but I wouldn't be surprised if someone has noclipped and see what's beyond the doors though
I think it would be better if you didn't drop the chainsaw from water damage because of the hotel chase
