In the beginning of the year I was sooo depressed out of shape no motivation no drive nothing absolutely nothing I had no purpose I didn’t wanna be here someone called me a fatass and something clicked in my head I went and looked at myself in the mirror and decided that I was going to do something with my life I started going to sleep and waking up at a certain time working out taking cold showers reading book once I started to take charge and change my life everything changed things started opening up I got a job and there was a military recruiting office and started talking to them I’m now today sitting at 190 I was 230lb running 5-10 miles everyday and my whole life has changed I’m soooo happy I didn’t think it was possible to be this happy but don’t confuse that happiness with comfort it’s so uncomfortable but I’ve never been so fulfilled and now I’m going to the army next month
I feel ya :) last september I was 302, absolutely miserable, I couldn't believe I let myself go... and then I came across goggins content and as of now I'm 230, in a few months I'll be at a normal weight for the first time in my entire life
Last year in march I was at 300 pounds, currently I'm at 220 and going strong, Man I hope you'll keep going its worth it and please promise me you'll always try your best and don't get comfortable, I got comfortable and wasted almost half a year again, I regret it but I'm getting at it again. Time flys by Quickly !

You know there is nothing that wakes me up everyday now, the book i will write in my life will attract no-one, because everyday is the same as previous, it seems i am walking my life without purpose, i workout without purpose, i train without purpose, everytime i wanted to started up something the struggle and risks on the way always questioned me ,, for what do you do this'' and the answer was always the same , ,,i don't know '' i remember David goggins uploaded his leg workout fallow along video , that lasted for one hour nonstop, i struggled on it and i completed it , i celebreted the accomplishment but then i realised i was only one celebrating it , because very next day i showed up with my friends with fucked up sore muscles and the asked me ,, why did you tortured yourself? For what was all this you did yesterday? '' and i was like ,, for real, for what ?'' since then i never did it again, i still workout but it seems like i am not changing for the better, but remaining the same i was yesterday. I envy those who aren't lost , know there way, the destination, and they walk through this path like they know where they are going , but in my case it's seems like it's all dark , i don't know where the path leads and i am lost

the second one hit different
Getting the discipline to always perform and have the discipline is the hardest thing personally. Minutes after watching these vids im so motivated but hours and days later it just fades. But then i tell myself that there is just one life. How do i get that consistency?
start off with little steps then build up to be more consistent. like going to the gym once a week for 3 months straight then after that 2 times a week for 3 months straight etc. soon enough that thing your working towards will just be part of your routine or part of your mentality. for me i at least go all out in the gym 3 to 4 times a week i don't need motivation I just do it because its just part of my routine
