Get a few different quotes from a few different surveyors and you'll probably find that the price can vary A LOT depending on which company you work with, how close they are to the site, and what type of survey they're preparing for you.

@@Retipster that’s the thing I can’t figure out is what type of survey I need I just need to know where my proper lines are

Do you do your due dilligence after the contract is signed by both parties or before? My contract gives me the right to cancel for any reason. Thanks!

I thought it was pretty good. What kind of bad reviews did you see? What was wrong with it?

Hi Seth, Mapright seems really cool. Is one able to easily add parcels to a list for a mail campaign? I have recently started using Dealmachine for this. They have a pretty decent owner absentee parcel view I've experimented a bit with, in attempts to build my own lists. Any info appreciated! thanks for the vid.

Hi Clay, from what I know of MapRight, it's not really meant to be a list generation tool, but a property research tool.
