Adorable little tea party cakes. My room mate brought me back one of these from Seattle today, and while they look both tasty and cute, the instructions were in Japanese, which I only know a few words of. So having these videos available is a godsend! Can't wait to try this out myself!

I just finished tasting this and it's not really bad. Pretty sweet in taste and it all does have a unusual texture to it. Kinda spongy to me lol. I found the icing to have the best taste and the little strawberries that tasted like strawberry jello for the most part. It also was fun to make. I loved when it came to the mixing haha. And this is being said from a late twenties female playing with a Kracie kit. I have no shame. xD I felt like a happy kid again when I was making this. *sigh* lol
They sell these and many others at my local Japanese market. But I bought this one long before this video was uploaded....So you can guess that my cakes didn't look as pleasant to the eye. But boy were they were delicious! :]
