I definitely feel they've sucessfully matured their music with both themselves and their fans. The flow of this style feels just as natural as their altrock did back in the day. They play it just as well, Bill's voice suits this as perfectly as it did the songs of old. Truly astounding to see a band change and grow so much without losing themselves; if anything they seem to have FOUND themselves. I'm in awe!
THIS VIDEO MAKES ME FEEL SO MANY EMOTIONS AT ONCE. I've been stanning this band since I was in 6th grade and now I'm graduating college in 3 or 4 months, I'm proud that I grew up with them :')

It's such an amazing music video and I lived once again my two experiences in Milan and Padua. This year was magic just because of you guys. I miss their old sound. I don't care if anyone has anything to say otherwise. This is my opinion. That was what made me fall in love with Tokio Hotel. Now they just sound like mainstream pop, and this doesn't excite me in the way their old music did. Once again, it's my opinion based on my own personal taste. It doesn't have to appeal to the majority.

You can say that you liked the other music genre's more, but the music they make is not really mainstream. It is not the typical radio pop.
For me it sounds like a mix of indie pop and electronic.
Mainstream Pop would be Havana or Despacito.
Tokio had more fans when they made alternative rock. And won more awards. So they were more mainstream back then
I'm not saying that you should like the music but I think it's not mainstream. You can still listen to the old albums :)

I’ve been to many concerts and Tokio Hotel was BY FAR my favorite concert experience. Great music, great showmanship and they are very interactive. If they come around you and you are wondering if you should splurge. I say SPLURGE. Especially if you were fans of them since their early days (scream etc). They’re concerts have so much purpose and they really give the vibe that they are there in that moment with you. Definitely like a bucket list level concert and I’ll be seeing them again whenever they come back to LA 💗
All of my love goes out to these boys. I’ve been there since the beginning, and I’ll support and love you all through it all. ❤️❤️❤️

This song makes me remember the times we were still good friends. It hurts. Still can't understand how this could happen. I see my story in this song.
