How To Make The Perfect Pie - Hodgepodge Pie - Using Leftovers

So, here’s a very simple how to video on making not just any pie, but a hodgepodge pie 🥧
The yummiest pie of them all, and the best part is, it’s made using leftovers.
We always make these pies after a Sunday roast, so we definitely wanted to make a bunch using our Christmas dinner leftovers.
They are so simple to make, and you can make the shortcrust pastry from scratch or use the ready to roll stuff ( it’s just as good )
The pies don’t have to look pristine and perfect, the idea is that they have that rustic, homemade look to them, and that’s what makes them perfect… along with their amazing taste!
