The biggest problem in dokkan is that we have no creators that have any correct opinioins. By that i mean we only really have truth, which are for people who have rainbowed everything. He only talks about things from his standpoint, which is fair. But we actually dont get any valid info, correct Character valuations etcon the actual game with any content creator, cause there really only are a few who do this game absolute whales, complete f2p with no summonable units jphanta, and then the mainstream ones who dont really dive into that, nanogenix etc. I loves when we had rhyme

We literally got the buffed version of goku black and his banner unit the same time as jp did. We also didn't have time for a part 2 lr and Super ezas weren't a thing in game. We did get a much better banner with discounts compared to jp though. Just use your head and take what you can get bruh the sync is happening sooner rather than later

At 55%, 200% lead, and with Big Bad Boss active his start of turn DEF is 531,469. Fully built up with the intro buff his DEF is 1,062,938 with guard and 30% DMG reduction. No intro fully built up his DEF is 921,213 with 30% DMG reduction. With the active his DEF is 10,124,125. Cell max is insane 😭

This is exactly what super bosses needed ! A unit that can handle slot 1 early on in the battle. He’s not fighting over orbs , no domain issue. The target mechanic was a great choice, honestly he feels similar to Beast & OP as far as his team role 🤔. Defensive equips are a must on this guy

HIGHEST DEF EQUIPS + Full dodge (20+ish) and side crit +3 additional is the way to go. First 5 (turn 7 he falls off slot 1) turns you are invincible with him if he starts turn 1. Guard + 30% DR with well into 1.3-1.4 million defense, then you play active skill on following rotation and his def is in the 15 million range, with 30% DR. starts in turn 2? First 6 turns you're invincible (turn 8 he falls off slot 1). If he is slot 7, you have 7 Turns of slot 1 invincibility + 1 turn of rotation protection (turn 9 he falls off entirely at his peak). Good design.
Yeah full dodge is the way to go, just because u can dodge specials pre-super that can stun
My only problem with cell max is that he gets no defense at all on super attack, which makes it so that after his first 3 rotations, he isnt even reliable in slot 2 or 3. Being great for only 5 turns isn't as amazing in this meta as previous metas...
However, I do want to mention that with his active skill, he will give you a full heal with only 1 same time orb... pretty ridiculous.
Wouldn’t say he’s invincible turn 1 with well under 500k defense but ehh. I agree with the build, 15 dodge 6 aa. Def or dodge+aa bronze equip, dodge+aa silver equip and def+dodge gold equip will probably be the way to go.

Truth global has had a lot going for it but it's ok to admit this celebration was wildly terrible to see as a global dokkaner. Your point about global is still valid but you have to admit it's a little bit of a poorly managed celebration. It's like your dad bought you a car and you're happy it's got some cool features (u6 eza's) and then your sibling gets a Porsche (GBR) then gets a new feature like (GB super eza) and then dad says wait there's more and the second garage opens and then theres a second Porsche (cell max) I'm pretty sure you're gonna be a little jaded. But at least we both got the car air freshener (trunks banner card) but they came with porches so dad figured he could give us one to

This guy absolutely gets killed if you have no intro and no active, though. Peaks at around 1.3 million DEF + 30% damage reduction. Looking forward to seeing if we can play around that with his monster damage.

Hey truth i've done some math on cell max's defenses and he comes around 1.3 milion defense for the first 3 turns with all of his intro and passive, and 1.1 milion after (Both with big bad bosses active). So i'd say he's pretty unkillable for the first 3 turns and after that he is not gonna take damage aside from supers, but take it with a grain of salt as it might be wrong and it's influenced by many things. Btw, if you use his active skill, he's going to be at like 11 milion defense with 30% damage reduction, so he's not dying anywhere lol

Ima keep it a buck, a full dodge build is going to be wonderful. Well, primary dodge secondary crit build. Yall will see bc he also won’t age too well without it. No guard after his 3rd turn so he won’t be able to dilute future power creep. He has a good defense mechanism for one turn, but other than that he will only be useful for damage, which means that you’ll want to give this unit an out to contribute the team. I will say tho, for the first 5 turns following his appearance, Cell Max is effectively invincible (Given you use the active skill on his 5th turn).
Once we get a 200% android leader then this cell max is GOD

As busted as he is, The restrictions are killing him (as well as the other more recent yellow coin lrs) for most of f2p players, most people won't gonna just summon in order to be able to complete a special pose team, and super bosses team and etc every celebration
I've not watched Truth's videos nor really any Dokkan content that much for probably about a year and a half now but I'm happy to see that Goresh is in fact still "the Homie" Goresh

The active actually doesn't ruin Android 21, since if you have all Artificial Lifeforms, it'll still be turn 4 even if none of them are Extreme

Pretty sure he will release on Global for the Ex part of the anniversary instead of Vegito Eza and Buuhan EZA that Global already got. It would fit well with Beast being part 2. We could be revisiting Android/Cell Saga in the future. I could see a celebration with EZA for TEQ 18 &19, new Perfect Cell with some more potential units which would help this Cell Max. This is a good start to getting the Extreme side more love I think

I can just use the 77 ticket multi on beast and then summon for a character I like more. I wasn't planning on summoning a lot during 9th anniversary as a glb player bc the 10th Anniversary is like 6 months away after we have the 9th.
Im really wanted Cell max to be like Beast Gohan level but at least he looks like hes comparable to how helpful bulma was on release
About the "global is treated better" thing
What Global gets:
- discounts (helps f2p)
- tickets
- pilafs trove
- more box space (doesn't really matter though)
What JP gets:
- tickets for the Goku black celebration
- more battlefield currency (also doesn't matter)
- more units before Global does
So basically, f2p JP players get nothing (I am one, I would know) and Global players are just impatient because we all know that PHY black and Cell Max are all gonna come very soon to Global.
All we need is both brolys being able to transform and super bosses is golden
The sync is gonna be so good just for the fact that we'll never get a "global first" again. The global team thought they were cooking but they just burned down the kitchen.
At no point in this video was I impressed with LR STR Cell Max
He doesn't at minimum Greatly Stack attack so this fucker better be doing 100 million damage on all those supers he's got if he's gonna be ACTUALLY GOOD
