In private banks top level management has huge ego but in government banks there is nothing like that. Few days back I went to SBI and I saw that their branch manager was contineously helping his cashier by counting his notes to avoid the rush. In private banks Branch Managers never do so, they only know to shout at their employees.
Work culture in government banks much better than private banks.

Note ka bundle sahi nahi bana hai. 100 notes ka ek packet hota hai. 100 notes ka 5 packet ek side aur baki ka 5 packet Dusre side me lagate hai. Tab Jakar ek bundle tayiyar hota hai
