Did you know that Shepherd of Fire wasn't originally meant for Black Ops Zombies? It was meant for the Hail to The King Album. It's just that is had a nice Heavy Metal sound to it so Tryarch asked to use it, instead of having A7X write another CoD song. This song is really about Satan surounding you in your darkest times, and trying to tempt you to join him, and make deals with you. Basically corrupt you.

Eminor Rho your wrong, samantha controlled them in bo1, in bo2 her, her brother, and richtofen is controlling them (depending on the map) hence why the eyes are a different color in bo2, play the map origins and do the easter egg (if you think your good enough) it tells you the whole story. no where does it say that they are controlled by satan.
Actually when they have Red eyes they are controled by Satan, when they have Purple eyes it is Richtofen, when it is Yellow eyes it is Samantha.
