I got the first essentials release and it was pretty much perfect. Same with the blue one from the last drop, the fit is just so nice, but I tried an orange one the other day and the fit was snug, so I don’t know if the quality dropped because that forest green hat you got is pretty fucked up, I’d return it because even though is not as expensive as the Fifth collection from FOG is not a 20 dollar hat
Absolutely right bro the cosmetic work on it is definitely something I can fix and as we know new era is no help at all the best I’ll probably get is a discount not worth the hassle being that it’s something I can fix but for the price point definitely some piss poor quality control
I have a 7 1/8 (fits snug without curve) and 7 1/4 has a little more room. I don't know which one to keep since they will shrink regardless. Any advice anyone?

But what I did notice, is you said, “Like I said ..” about 30 times (but I didn’t count it). On to the hats. I bought the Dodgers version and the black version. Honestly, they were both perfect. In every way you can think of. But it is a shame you had them issues with yours. If they were more subtle or discreet flaws, fair enough. But they weren’t. They were very noticeable. Damn. Otherwise another good video bro!!
Hat Club,LLC definitely needs to plastic seal their hats like UNDFTD. #HatClub quality control is the most 🗑 The $55+ ivory/off-white fitteds have unremovable grey stains from the defective bags, they recently sent the wrong size to my relative & another got stains on a grey brim. I wish those hats only had a string to cut off,lol. $65 for FOG isn't bad considering that Hat Club is charging $55 for damaged/defective hats & incorrect sizes.
I heard about that and seen a lot of pictures of that Seems like a good Of them that went out came with stains on them Definitely should look into Wrapping them and some plastic

Bro, NEW ERA will NEVERRRRRRR give you any kind of refund or reimbursement on their products. Here in Australia, I’ve had a few issues. They just blame it on something or someone else. They know you’re not going anywhere.
