Hey girl as a lash tech, try to search up fanning techniques cuz it will make ur fans fluffier and thicker! also I don’t really recommend doing this on your own just because it is not safe to have your eyes open as the fumes can make your eyes hurt! (Obv up to you!) they’re more like classics but they look great! Just a FYI to anyone trying this, be extremely careful to not poke yourself in the eye and also not get any glue in your eye 😭

Sky glue is SUPER fumey, I’m a lash tech and idk how you do this but major props! I’ve done it before with pre made fans, and I definitely didn’t have the isolation done this well on myself.
They should catch on their own really. Shouldn't need to force them. Soon as the glue catches your own it should climb to it n you hold still while it dries from what I've seen.

Wow! What a champ! Great tutorial. I am not ready to go to this extreme but am inspired to try individual clusters for my own lashes. I realize I do this at my own risk and am not a professional. I will be using a glue for sensitive eyes with less fumes and longer usage time to give myself time to make mistakes. Thank you for this up close and personal view of your technique.

I also don't recommend doing this on your own because of the risk you may take to hurt your eyes. To avoid getting fumes of the adhesive into your eyes, take a fan to blow those away. If you wanna refill your lashes then here is an advice I can give you to do it a lot easier and quicker: Apply some tapes to your lashes to isolate, so you get the single natural lash to apply the volume one. I hope you could understand what I mean 🙆🏻♀️

It may sound stupid, but I want to ask , is there a way we can apply the whole mink band, instead of individual lashes. ( The same ones you have ). I got them as a gift and was thinking of applying the whole band , at the same time. ( Silly me.)
So much misinformation in this video. First things first, DO NOT ever wear contacts while getting lash extensions, it can trap the fumes in causing a CHEMICAL BURN, and it can also melt onto your eyes causing blindness. Second, lash extensions and clusters are NOT THE SAME THING! Clusters are temporary! They’re a bunch of lashes glued to multiple natural lashes, and should only be used with strip lash glue, as it can cause your lashes to be ripped out if using professional grade glue, essentially waxing your lashes, and can cause permanent lash loss. Lash FANS are lashes that range anywhere from 2-16 lashes, the thickness of the extension determines how many lashes you can add to the fan. And each fan is placed on ONE natural lash. Third, if you’re using professional glue, you can wash your lashes right away, and it will not affect your retention at all.
But is it okay to do it at home with a glue that dries with less fumes and less hard? Professional lash extensions are to expensive for me so I want to learn how to do it at home 🥲

hi babe! sometimes they fall out, i feel like that is bc i applied it on a mature lash (on its way out), i guess try to apply it on lashes in the middle of the growth cycle so this will still be around for a while, but that pretty hard to do. hope that helps xx
So I have Asian lashes that go straight down and don’t hold curl🥺 does this affect how the lashes will look? Will the lash extensions go straight down?
about an hour and a half, it also depends on the lash stages that my natural lashes are in. it been lasting pretty decent, i lose several a day but thats normal
it does get a bit red in the corner the next day, after that it goes away. recently, i've been rinsing my eyes with the contact solution after an application. i think it's helped. i also limited the time of exposure to my eyes (no longer than an hour and a half)

Do you mean putting tape on the lashes itself? Or just above/below the lash line to pull them up/down?
Emilyn I mean to put the tape on the lashes :) Notice that the tape should not be that sticky anymore otherwise it would pull out the lashes

i think you can try L lashes which are a type of lash curl that is for straight lashes and then curls upawards

Ardell glue is only meant for day use! Lash extension glue is meant for weeks! You can get some on amazon. Definitely not the same glue🥰

Just use raw coconut oil and a cotton ball. Works great! Took my lashes off in seconds and I had them professionally done .

She doesn't lash map. She used the same length for all her lashes.
