A former atheist questioned his belief when he felt afraid of dying | Story of My Faith | MCGI

At a young age, Brother Mark John Pantua was introduced to various vices and wrongdoings - alcohol, drugs, and many others. His life seemed senseless and he happily indulged in all these wickedness, thinking that there's probably no God.
When he was inflicted with a serious illness, like a light bulb that suddenly went on, he realized: "How come I don't believe in God but I feel afraid of dying?" He then made a promise that he will find God once he gets better.
After his recovery, he examined one too many religious groups to seek the Almighty. But a certain preacher he found on UA-cam was eventually the one who helped him find the truth.

@matthewtaylorbrown | Death is not scary if you found the REAL FAITH of your soul in God. Does it mean you will live forever?... YES! Because God showed us that we shall die once in our life, and in Him, He promised that we shall have eternal life. So to you I say, keep your faith in God, and give favor to yourself by reading the Bible.

@@davidacosta7947 Death can be scary to most people. Even most with your faith or faith in reincarnation. There are no souls. That is an iron-age concept. There are no gods or ever lasting life. There are no Heavens or Hells. I lost my faith over 40 years ago. I've read the Bible, that is why I'm atheist. Everyone thinks they have the truth.
