How to make Natural Collagen Rich Beef Bone Broth - နွားမြီး အမဲရိုးစွပ်ပြုတ်

  • Hi Everyone, so this delicious spicy soup recipe is from my aunty , who is from shan state. She came and stayed with me while i was pregnant with my son and made this soup often to help with lactation. Obviously you dont put chilli if you are breastfeeding. This delicious recipe is not only for breastfeeding mum but also for everyone else who is looking for collagen rich bone soup .
    for this recipe you will need ox tail , beef ribs and any other bones you can get your hands on.
    wash the bones first and boil it in water to get rid of smell and impurities. Throw away the first boil water and rinse meat with water.
    Then put the meat in a clean pot together with fresh water, Ginger , Cao Guo , star anised and salt. you can put chicken powder here if you like.
    Boil the meat in low heat first getting rid of any impurities. once all impurities are gone you can cover the lid and boil for 3/4 hours.
    once cooked you can enjoy the soup as it is or with chilli and lemons.
