You and I are about the same shade, people on skincare reddit always recommend that Australian gold in "fair to light" and I've tried it before and I'm like they must not actually be fair because that stuff is dark and orange lol and VERY matte.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that the Australian Gold Light doesn’t work for. I actually like it other than the shade. It’s my go to for the pool and beach. Totally agree it leans orange too. 🩷

Cotz flawless complexion in lightly tinted is the only spf 50 I have found that looks good on my fair skin. The Cotz face moisture spf 35 lightly tinted is another good option for ultra fair skin… that one I can wear without makeup and looks just like my fair skin. The Paula’s choice mineral sunscreen is another go to for me. Definitely my top 3. I think I am going to buy the Australian gold non tinted and start mixing with the tinted light version.

Hi Shawn, I tried the Toty because of your review and I enjoy it. My current go to has been Paula’s Choice Super light daily wrinkle defense. SPF 30. (I try to walk early or late in the day.) It has a Matt finish. It is 2 oz for 38.00 on Amazon. I have not tried to put make up over it, but I am able to reapply. I do like the Neutrogena too but I feel like it never dries down on me. I have found it available on Amazon for 19.00. And 17.26 on subscription. Thank you for all your reviews! I appreciate it when I can find reviews for “twilight” people 😊

It’s so interesting that you find the Neutrogena one thick. The one I have is fairly thin in texture. I’m curious now if maybe it’s supposed to be thick and I have an odd tube? I will have to try a couple of the ones you reviewed here. Thanks so much for the work you do on your channel. It’s been so helpful!
I also want to mention that I ended up returning the Eucerin body sunscreen. It says it’s moisturizing but I didn’t find it moisturizing enough. It’s a chemical sunscreen but it left a bit of white in the pores on my arms. Maybe it works for others though. Just thought I’d give you a heads up since I suggested it earlier.
Thanks for the heads up on the Eucerin. I’m so glad you find my channel helpful. I think sunscreen “thickness” is sometimes subjective. It may have felt thick to me in comparison to a sunscreen I tested the previous week.
Can I wear a serum or moisturizer under the Toty sunscreen? Mineral sunscreens work better for me, no burning eyes. The only problem is they make my skin so dry. Thank you for all the information you've shared. 😊

is tinted sunscreen better that not tinted? I have white skin but I'm using Ghostbuster by Lion Pose since it has no white cast. Now I'm confused.
Tinted Or nontinted is personal preference. Does not indicate a better protection level. Many people enjoy tinted sunscreen rather than using makeup foundation. 🩷
