That was actually a very good segment . Like the guest said , it was good that he was allowed the room , and the time to explain the questions the hosts had . Gives the viewer a MUCH better understanding of the ramifications in the DA's strategy .
It's annoying how reporters make hypotheticals then ask questions knowing well what evidence proves the case without Michael taking the stand 😐. I can sense this mans frustrations.

The evidence does make the case, but Cohen makes it human for the jury. He was a loyal Trump soldier who was led astray, and is now trying to redeem himself. To the extent he gets their sympathy, they will believe the documents more, and believe in the sleeping orange man in front of them less.

Lanny is absolutely spot-on here. The defence has offered no alternative explanation for the evidence to counter the prosecution's case. There isn't anything for the jury to decide. The judge could simply direct them to find Trump guilty.

Trump paid false invoices. Michael claims the false invoices were directed by Trump but Trump didn't direct Michael to steal from him which is wrapped up in that money they're alleging went to Stormy. You can't have it both ways. And yes I have paid invoices and later on found out they weren't entirely accurate.
