I don't think Britain would join the Entente should they know France is in control of the continent (winning the Franco-Prussian War). At most they would've stayed neutral.
Although with them in the Entente they still lost. Oh well 😂

Honestly? No. Britain wouldn't have sided with France here. The North German Confederation isn't that same dominant empire in Central Europe which the Entente's big three felt threatened by, they're just a regional power held down by the dominant French (who I think would remain an empire themselves). Britain is more likely to back this timeline's Central Powers in a bid to shatter French hegemony. The events that brought them in league with France and Russia have been butterflied out.
