In reference to challenging the signature of the closing docs, wouldn't the loan officer be held accountable? I had an audit done on my credit union loan docs and indeed, i was the only signer.

I have learned there is a whole huge deal with the signature. Nearly everyone signs for their US Citizen incorrectly.

Does that mean, every time you pay off a "bill" you need to request the Special Deposit back? All CC's, utilities, registration, loans, etc?

I am not sure about this part. I do know that funds are allocated when the original application is submitted, and we actually should be reporting that to the IRS for compensation. I might need to do some videos about this new stuff I have learned. It radically alters many things.

I believe it's a recoupment. Special deposit will be expressed on the original pledge, the paper you signed, the res when you express a trust, n they now have to perform by honouring your setoffs or exchange your security for equal value.

Don't do it. That's playing with fire. Besides, they know they're committing fraud, pointing out a criminals crimes has never stopped them committing crimes, they attack you more cos you're now threatening their way of life.
