Very informative video but sad thing is >90% of shopkeepers selling house construction materials have no clue about the technical and quality specifications of the products they are selling. If you ask them these questions, they will only tell you that whatever they are selling is the best even if it's low quality crap. Hardly anyone will give any assurance in writing. Most shopkeepers only know how to sell and don't care about increasing their domain knowledge like you. So for customers, the safest option is to pay a little extra always go for known brands with established quality as opposed to local unbranded products.
What I do most of the time is open website of particular company and ask them to depute sales person. Sales Person will tell you everything.

We got sliding upvc windows installed by a local nearby vendor, in our home in apartment. Plain glass 6mm is used. But we don't find any noise reduction, same as it was earlier with upvc windows, lot of ouside noise. I wonder if the vendor cheated us with using low quality glass. How to check the quality?
For sound reduction it is always recommended to go for DGU - Double Glass Unit set up.

@@InteriorDost यही दिक्कत है कंपनी का टोल फ्री नं है जहां आपकी शिकायत तब दर्ज होगी जब आप इनवाइस नं देंगे और वो नं डीलर तब देखा जब उसका मन करेगा की सामान डिलीवर करूं । कहने का मतलब ये है कंपनी ने ग्राहकों की सीधी सुनवाई का रास्ता नहीं दिया है आपका पैसा फंस गया तो हमारी तरह रोते रहिये।
इस तरह के डीलर पर कंपनी एक्शन क्यों नहीं लेती ये जानना जरूरी है।
हमारे मानसिक उत्पीड़न का मुआवजा के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं है
