@@nameless8937 Yeah this was the most recent one found (2018) and probably the last haha; but there’s also one in Waluwigi stadium (saves ~20 seconds total) and bowser’s castle (can save over a full MINUTE and 15 seconds). You can look those up separately; they’ve been known for a while.
@@nameless8937 Yeah, the Waluigi Stadium one uses a sharp corner as a ramp to fly into a further zone of the map above you, where the game thinks you fell, and so it places you “back” close to the finish line (saving you ~6-7 seconds each time you do it). The Bowser’s Castle one exploits the fact that a part of the map is directly side-to-side with the finish line (with no barrier separating them) which allows you to turbo charge directly towards it at a specific angle, hence tricking the game into thinking you passed the finish line (saving over a minute total when repeated 3 times). In fact the world record for that map is now 59 seconds (which is shorter than the tiny Baby Park map), which means that the ultra shortcut made it go from one of the longest maps to one of the shortest. Crazy stuff!

I hope GCN Mushroom Bridge will be return to Mario Kart Tour and the sides of the bridge with boost panels is open so the players can earn points for using boost panels before the end of the lap in Normal Variation & Trick Variation and the beginning of the lap in Reverse Variation & Reverse Trick Variation, but the sides of the bridge where the boost panels are closed in Mario Kart DS.
