Vazhaikkai can be steamed in iddli cooker and then grated and then seasoned with grated coconut and curry leaves and green chillies and mustard. It looks like seasoned basmati rice! It's how my mother used to prepare. So heavenly tasty.

While sauteing I added crushed garlic.,the taste was amazing and adding garlic to the plantain recipe is healthy as well
