I agree that communication and evidence based treatment is extemely important in India. Also, sometimes over prescription of medicine could be another issue.
thats is a huge issue. many reasons for it, not justifiable though.
so insightful indepth conversation great stuff feels bad being born in india and getiing so bad doctors treatment even after paying out of pocket long live Scotland

love it..keep these conversations going...just to add to what the doc talked abt another thing why all this happens in india is because Doctors are always considered on a higher pedestal than any other profession..i have been living in canada from the last 20 odd years and i keep on coming back to india atleast twice a year so i can rationalize it what the Doctor ji said
