A great tip I'd like to add - always aim down sights while walking through rooms, checking the corners and all. Aim precisely where someone's head is going to be, if they run into you or you get the jump on them. If they're standing up, you'll have the better chance of winning a fight because you have your crosshair on them already
Tip, use your ears, characters make a lot of sound when entering the area. They have to shoot, or bash down barricades, they make footstep sounds, they might have to fight off one of your teammates.
Basically, use common sense. don't stand in the middle of a door way, cover yourself don't empty your mag in front of enemies don't ignore hiding spots when you walk into a room the usual.

Personally I hipfire as much as I ADS but hipfiring feels just as easy to me, I don't wanna give tips I don't follow but I'll pin this comment :)
Yes I have good crosshair placement soo I'm always good with that one
The less movement you have to do, the quicker and more likely you are to hit them
the only problem with that is the drop shotters/prone campers. otherwise yes, always stay ready and stay frosty
Also if you are fighting someone prone because if u just stand straight they can easily hit u

check your ping, no really, roblox lag is terrible depending on the server
