This is one of my top 5 best dishes I have see. Five stars in every category and the end an extra five for showmanship. Well done well put together. Thanks
You know what i love about this family is that that they grow all the food they prepare and that is amazing, Healthy food is what we all need to live a long life.
I love to watch this video and when I see grandmother enjoying her food, it reminds me of her granddaughters. Those little girls have truly been blessed to have a loving family. God bless and thank you.
wow, amazing bit of natural cooking, a real genuine cook , but that just tastes real good, your food source looks to be so natural and organic, thanks for sharing,,,,
I love everything about this video. I love the recipe from the beginning to the end. I also love to see when she eats what she's cooked because it shows me and my grand kids the different ways that different cultures around the world does things differently than we do. but we are doing the same thing...eating. we are suppose to have a Indian dinner night inspired by some of the foods we've seen on UA-cam. outside in our backyard! we're thinking about starting with a dish called sarson da saag. do you know this dish? do you grow the mustard greens in your garden? could we see you plant, grow, and harvest your garden foods? gardening videos are huge in America. we love them! thanks for the video!
Nothing like fresh picked cassava. Other than cooking it, I usually just peel the cassava and eat it as is because it's one of my favorite root vegetable. Thanks mom for a very delicious recipe.
Your mom is awsome! She´s an artist with plants. The way she holds the knife with her foot is mind blowing. I will always think of her performance when I am in my tiny kitchen. I will watch all of your videos and subscribe NOW!
It was nice to see someone helping her dig the cassava. someone needs to help her chop the vegetables.😬 Pot holders are easy to make. May I suggest building a "square" around the fire for safety. She is a great cook anyway! Thanks Madame!😊
Bismillah, grandmaa, you have made cooking, really easy simple, i would try it over the weekends, please enjoy your finger food, its tasty, delicious, healthy, thanks, continue,
We love our yuca (casava) usually boiled, with salt and topped with mojo which is oil with chopped garlic, sometimes onion, heated up and lemon or lime juice added. Also used in stews, grated, breaded fried stuffed with meat etc. Or as base for tamales, very versatile root vegetable. Your dishes must be so delicious having everything fresh. It is imported to U.S. usually and by time we buy it in markets, little older. I enjoyed this video. You all work so hard yo prepare these dishes.
Thank yu moom I get new recipe of cooking cassava .when we cooking cassava just we put coconut milk ,salt, and cupsicum and we eat cassava with frying fish. and some time we make crips by using cassava .thank yu moom I will try this👍

Your mom is good at several different kinds of curry, isn't she? I tried one last night but they don't have all the ingredients in my grocery store. It was still good!
That's classic, food on the banana leaves as I remembered my childhood if it was only yesterday? Thanks for sharing!!! I like the way she cooked the manioc, I can just taste it...hhhaha I'm so hooked on your channel...😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Thank you for showing how to cook manioc. The recipe is simple and the result tasty. Because I already have garam massala + powder curry + red thaï paste, I use these ingredients to substitute to those used by "Mom". My family really enjoyed the meal which recalled us the past flavours.
I never seen it cooked this way before. You make it look so easy cutting and peeling this way. Our family in Mexico always just boiled with the skin on & after it cooled peeled it. I think this is what we know as taro root. Kinda of like a sweet potato but better. I'm going to have to try and make it this way & maybe put some shrimp in it too. *I see where someone put they are called yuca in mexico. That's right! Yuca root. I have friends from the south pacific islands and made this with some coconut desert with them and it was called taro root*
I can't find cassava anywhere in my town. I've been dying to cook with it ever since I saw in on some food network. Cooking curry and eating with your hands is my favorite. Someday I'm travel India and just eat eat eat! Great video! Is this in India?
