- I travelled to Bogura in Northern Bangladesh and stayed in Momo Inn. I wanted to try a 5 star resort in Bangladesh, but what I discovered here left me very surprised.

AHHHHH , I REMEMBER THE TIME I WENT TO BANGLADESH, I WAS IN Love with their food , You portrayed the country so well ,better than other travellers I've seen! Bengali people are so friendly with foreigners and treat them as if they were someone close , they're VERY polite !! Bangladesh may have that filthy side of it but there are parts of Bangladesh most bloggers don't usually show , u did an excellent job , this was so fun to watch

I was born in bogura and never knew that such a beautiful and luxurious hotel is there until I visited a year ago . When I visited it I was too blown away by the amount of activities there. I am quite glad that people from all over the world come here to visit it

As a bengali from Dhaka , thank u sm for showing our country like this, it really showed the true beauty. But you should try living in the village for a bit next time, it's different but lovely in a way! Honestly, i have never seen the city with a footpath, like ITS SO RARE but if your a visitor then they give u a lot but the city you saw, the city i saw, the village i saw, the village you saw they all have their beauty in a different way. I am from Bogura district and currently living in Dhaka and from my experience, Bogura is a very nice region, there are urban, suburban and even rural areas with lots of nature in Bogura. There are mainly two great hotels in the Bogura district that is widely renowned, that is Momo Inn and Hotel Naz Garden (though its not five star). Momo Inn is Bogura`s only five star hotel and I am glad you visited Momo Inn as Bangladesh`s first 5-star hotel. The hotel provides a lot of facilities and the best part is they will let you enter even if you won`t stay, they will just let you enter for free! Some free facilities in Momo Inn are the children`s playground, swings, garden and washroom. However, you have to pay to use arcade games(free entry), for food, cycling, boating, etc. 😅 But I hope you enjoyed your stay and I am showing immense gratitude for visiting my home district. Hope you enjoy your stay in BD.😄
I really think Momo inn is so special due to its community links.. I have never experienced that anywhere else in the world and it makes me love the place even more 😍

Amazing discovery! I think I found my next short vacation spot! Never heard about this Hotel before, it is indeed beautiful. Somewhat similar to a Resort we have in Sylhet called The Palace. I've been there a couple of times to unwind but if I knew THIS existed I would've visited Momo Inn instead once or twice to experience something different. Have a wonderful day!

There is nothing good about Bangladesh! The government is corrupt and the roads are f'd up as heck... The traffic is annoying af and as a student going to school/coaching is very tough on these conditions. You can't take your car out as the roads are uneven and broken, if you take a rikshaw it takes forever to reach the destination and don't even get me started on the buses! There is risk of pickpocketing and the hygiene is crap. As the government do not even consider cleaning the major drainage channels, there are high risks of floods even if there is a little rainfall. These is garbage everywhere as there are no trash bins and even if bins were provided, Bangladeshis wouldn't use them anyway (because they are trash themselves). Still I'm happy to be born not as a Bangladeshi, but as a Muslim in this country.
Welcome to my city Carrie! The dish that you have tried is called " ALU GHATI " which made of mash potato with beef and same dish have pretty different flavour when the beef is replaced by fish that also quite famous to local people. And have you visited "Mahasthan Gar" which was the center of the country before the English arrived here!

I'm used to seeing all the unsightly stuff about Bangladesh being shown on UA-cam by pretty much every vloggers. Didn't know this kinda place even existed in this country. Very impressive
