"Ksitigarbha Practice... his practice will ensure the universe will remain stable, riches will increase, you will gain whatever you wish for, and all glorious qualities will expand enormously.” - Kṣhitigarbha and Ten Wheels Sūtra.
Khenpo Sodargye explains: "In terms of stopping disasters and fulfilling wishes, it is stated by the compassionate Buddha Shakyamuni that praying for just one moment to Kishtigharba Bodhisattva is more effective than praying to other great bodhisattvas for many eons.”
He is one of the eight Great Bodhisattvas, and he is the Bodhisattva currently rescuing beings tirelessly in our world.
One of the most powerful and profound mantras of Kshitigarbha is:
Om Ah Ksitigarbha T-haleng Hum
(T-haleng sometimes transliterated as T-hanleng). With Ksitigarbha, it is pronounced as a aspirated "sh" with a very slight hardness. (When chanted it more or less sounds like "sh").
Here, chanted beautifully in Sanskrit by Buddha Weekly for one full hour. Recite with faith and devotion any time you feel threatened, especially by anything related to the earth, from earthquakes and hurricanes to viruses. Reciting also brings the bounty of the Earth Treasury Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha
Why is his meditation, mantra and sutra recitation so effective? This is because of his vows in the Sutra of Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha’s Fundamental Vows.
"Manjushri, at that time, the sage vowed, `From now to incalculable kalpas in the future, I will provide extensive expedient means of deliverance to all of the sinful and suffering beings in the six realms of samsara, leading all of them to liberation. Then, I, myself, will realize Buddhahood.' Ksitigarbha usually appears as a monk with an iconic staff in a standing or walking posture — as he never rests from his endless mission to save the suffering beings of Samsara.
Ksitigarbha staff symbolizes his connection to the earth and it is also the implement he uses to open the portals between the six worlds.
Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva is one of the most popular and beloved Bodhisattvas in Mahayana Buddhism. This is because his great vow to save all beings from suffering resonates with so many people. Kṣitigarbha is also known as the “Bodhisattva of Compassion” because of his boundless compassion for all beings. When we recite Kṣitigarbha’s Fundamental Vow, we are reminded of our own potential to make a difference in the world and to help those who are suffering. He is also associated with rescues and averting dangers; often his mantra is chanted to help avert natural disasters (see the section below on “Natural Disasters.
According to tradition and Sutra teachings, Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva - also known as Jizo in Japan, or Dìzàng in Chinese Buddhism - will be the most active of the Bodhisattvas in the time between the Nirvana of Shakyamuni Buddha and the rise of the next Buddha Maitreya.
For these reasons, and his closeness to our world, he is called the Earth Treasury Bodhisattva (or Earth Store Bodhisattva).
In times of natural disaster, such as earthquakes, climate change, hurricanes, and epidemics, teachers such as Lama Zopa Rinpoche recommend his meditation and mantra.
The mantra and his Dharani contain the essence of recitation of the Eight Names of Kṣitigarbha and Ten Wheels Sutra.
He is also widely treasured because he is an unfailing friend and hero, rescuing those suffering from negative karmas and hell realms.
He is praised and honored in most traditions of Mahayana Buddhism, because of his great vows to save all sentient beings from suffering.
His special day, celebrated by most Buddhists, is on the 30th day of the 7th lunar month, but he is a daily practice for many.

Thank you so much. I am going through very difficult time, to do with my family issues, inter faith relationships with my only remaining family. They are Evangelical. So professing my faith in the Buddha was not easy. There was a certain pressure (if you know what I mean). Thanks to Buddha's grace today I let my family know how I felt about it and also communicated to them the boundaries of my own ethics when it comes to spirituality. Something I wanted to tell them for a long time, but did not have the wisdom or courage to do so in a skillful way. Listening to this mantra, just brought me so much peace.

In the Di Zhang Wang Pusa sutra it speaks of the benefits of seeing or hearing the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas images. Now I know people maybe getting tired of me speaking about it, but that is why I have the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas lamps light images in my windows. So when sentient beings (including insects) see them they will gain great benefits. And Bodhisattvas are always mindful of sentient beings and how they can go about benefitting sentient beings. "Amitabha" 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤
It's a beautiful practice and worthy of great merit to suggest the benefits of seeing Holy Objects. Lama Zopa: "Having as many holy objects as possible, when you enter the room you can put your palms together in the mudra of prostration to all the holy objects, looking at each tiny holy object and prostrating. You can look around the room with your hands in the mudra of prostration and think “I am prostrating to all the buddhas.” When you do this you collect eight benefits in that second, so for however many thousands or hundreds of pictures of buddhas, statues, tsa-tsas, etc. you have, merely by placing your palms together respectfully you receive these eight benefits.
The eight benefits are explained in the sutra teaching Offering the Butter Lamp:
(1) One receives a good body of high caste, which people respect and obey and which includes having perfect organs and a beautiful or handsome form.
(2) One will have perfect surroundings and helpers.
(3) One will be able to live morally.
(4) One will have devotion, or faith, which is the main factor for completing the accumulation of merits. (Being without faith is like a vehicle without fuel-unable to function-or like everything in a city not functioning and collapsing when there is no electricity.)
(5) One will have a very brave mind for practicing the Dharma and working for other sentient beings, a brave mind for facing up to the delusions.
(6) One will be reborn as a deva or a human being.
(7) One will achieve the arya path.
(8) One will become enlightened.
In just one second, it is so easy to collect merit because there are so many pictures of deities and buddhas; even in one photo there are many buddhas, such as the Guru Puja merit field or the Thirty-five Buddhas, and even in one picture there are so many merit fields." www.lamayeshe.com/article/benefits-having-many-holy-objects

Amitabha! I have seen people just sitting and standing looking at the Buddha Lamps lights of Buddhas and Bodhisattva images in my windows. The insects stick to my windows looking at the Buddhist images and I seen a cat just sitting outside my window watching the Buddhist images and one morning before the sun came up I saw a bird sitting on the car port just staring at the Buddhist images. The point of the whole matter is Bodhisattva vows to do things that benefit suffering sentient beings. This is how we attain blessings,and protection and most of all the Buddhas perfect complete enlightenment. Amitabha🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️

Most online Dharma stores and statue artisans sell online and ship internationally. I usually start with a Google Search "Ksitigarbha Statue" pulled up a few hundred. I hope that helps. 🙏🙏🙏
