LOL I don't know where these women are coming from. I was single until my late 30s and I never had any trouble meeting men with good jobs who wanted LTRs with me. I just didn't want any of them. I met my now husband who is a lawyer/property owner worth about 15 mil (I am currently in law school and had a net worth of about 0 when we got married lol) when I was 38 and he was 47. I have a submissive personality so I prefer the man to be the leader in the relationship, not my equal as would be the case with a guy in his 30s. My husband is still very virile (doesn't need Viagra and can't keep his hands off me), can give me children and has all his hair and is still in good shape (he was a runner/athlete in his youth so health and fitness are very important to him and he looks better than most men my age). And as you said he already had the wealth and I didn't have to suffer being poor with him while he built it. He cares for me and protects me and teaches me things (he has a degree in computer science and is starting to teach me programming now, for example). I feel safe and secure with him in a way I don't with younger men my own age. Additionally I am a "young woman" to him (compared to women his age around 50) so he sees me as a prize and appreciates me more than a guy my age would as we get older. When he is in his 50 I will still be attractive in my 40s, when he is in his 60s I will only be in my 50s and so on and so forth. I think this is an ideal outcome.

The main issue with modern women over 36 not being able to find men to marry them is simple. It's all on them. By the time a woman is 35 years old, she is already VERY set in her ways. Whether those traits and beliefs are good or not. So she is a disciplinary issue from the jump. Secondly, she is at odds with the type of man she wants and had no idea how to cultivate a long term realtionship with one, because the majority of her dating life has been spent wither chasing an education & occupation, or she has chased fun & excitement which has gained her a large body count and tons of emotional damage.
In this vein, she is at odds with herself. On the one hand, she wants a man that earns more than her and can lead her in the relationship.
