Which most of us did. 8:17 they really do tie it all together, a clear vinyl, clear coffins at the shows in January and the upcoming shows have a 'clear night' instead of the usual 'red night' and 'black night'. An other reason why this vinyl cover looks different from the rest is that this album is not really the 4th album, but more like a 'side story' concept album, the 'real 4th album' is for an other time. So it's possible we'll see the Babymetal logo covers again. The first song is epic and really fits as an opener even more for the live show they had in January than on the album. They have a live MV on the official channel (has album audio, if you search online you might find the video from the WOWOW broadcast of the concert in January which has the live audio for this song). Something cool about Devine Attack is that Su-metal wrote the lyrics, her English has really improved and I think this song might have the best integration of English and Japanese of all the Babymetal songs. So far her only song with credits by Su-metal. Yeah, it's one of the things many of us love about Babymetal, no sexy time. They don't need it, they have talent and hard work ! 🙂 We've seen lots of younger fans over the years, even at concerts with big industrial hearing protection on their heads. Japanese TV ones even claimed 1/3 of Babymetal fans is girls/women. It's such a pleasure to see the diversity of Babymetal fans. Hope we'll see you back soon !
The more I listen to the album in full on loop, the more I'm enjoying every song. I love the flow this album has. Album wise, it's one of the best they put together.

Your philosophical conclusion at 26:00 is spot on. I have 2 little girls. They both really like BabyMetal. I have no problem showing them BabyMetal because they are modest in ways I cannot describe properly. Too much of the music aimed at kids these days is overtly “adult” themed. BabyMetal is the antidote.

The best thing is they're basically saying in interviews The Other One is just their 3.5th album for the time they're hiatus, not 4th - and "The Other One" will end in their next shows in 2 more days - which I suspect they'll perform the rest of "The Other One" - and then the real 4th album announcement is comming soon!

Perhaps, you won't believe that the choreography of their second song, Divine Attack, has even a little connection to the movie Titanic. We've seen it and thought it was pretty cool. Thanks for your great reaction.

There are live footages of Metal Kingdom, Divine Attack, Monochrome, Light & Darkness, The Legend already - it's incredible how they improved those songs in the live performance!
Welcome back and great reactions so far. In one of the recent interviews mentioned in the comments below Su and Moa spoke about each of the songs. About 'Metal Kingdom' Su said it needed the live performance "to give it life". On 'Divine Attack - Shingeki' she said when she first heard the demo it reminded her of 'Road of Resistance' and she liked it so much that she said she wanted to write the lyrics ... which is exactly what she did. I'll go and watch Part 2 now ... I'm loving this album.🦊
If it makes you feel better my limited edition fan club cd and bd came in a clear case also lol kind of like what you get when you buy a 10 pack of cd roms it did also have some extras like photo cards but I guess maybe in Japan the clear plastic is considered premium? But I don’t mind I was considering not even opening it as the songs and videos are the same as you would find online, but I had to see the cards. After seeing your beautiful vinyl it now makes sense why the album is only 41 minutes long, I am not sure why that did not occur to me before
