Also I ate with my kawan-kawan then when I order the staff asked me pointing to my friends "sekali"? Does she meant to ask if my friends and me are together like will ge the same table?
Sauce sekali? - Sauce together (with the food ) Sekali? - Together? (with your friends) Both is correct as you have guessed. :) More example: Bayar sekali? - Pay together (in one receipt)? However, 'sekali' can also refer to 'satu kali' which means once or one time. for example, Saya sekali, dia sekali - for me, one time and for him/her, one time The context will help you to understand the usage. :)
