This week we are touring small and cozy villas project which is located in the north part of Phuket very close to Bangtao beach.
The name of the project Is Trichada Sky Villas. There are 2 key features in that project, the first one is location, and the second one is price . Very close to laguna and all useful infrastructure and all that you might need in case if you are looking for a home in Phuket. And you will be surprised by the prices, they are starting from 400 000 USD for 3 bedroom pool villa ;) not bad!

Hi Lyass , thank you for your time and feedback. Yes it’s perfectly fits family of 3-4 members. This project located in the north part of Phuket , around 3-5 minutes away from Laguna area , which is the best area of Phuket for residential purposes. Area name is cherng talay.
