Greetings, according to the SIGMA manual, the control of the diaphragm from the lens ring for this purpose, only works on compatible cameras and so far I have been unable to find a list with such cameras. On my sony A6000 it does not work, please tell me the APSC or FF model in which the ring works? This information will be very useful, I'm thinking of Sony a7C (when it has the price it should have) or A7III. Thanks a lot 😎
Which one would be your choice in terms of smooth Background separation/blur for wildlife mostly bigcats (no macro requirements)? Sigma 70-200 f2.8 vs Sony 70-200 f4 G II
If you have the budget and using high frame rate body(a9 or a1) go all the way to GM ii But for overall performance I think GMii is slightly better and for sport GM ii still the king
@@harwindersekhon01 oh same with me, I choose sigma because of my budget, and I'm not sport shooter so. But if you had the budget and want lighter, best quality, fastest and stickiest auto focus go to GMii. But for me I'm happy with the quality of my sigma 70-200mm f2.8 dg dn sport for my street, portait and landscape photos 😀
Couldn't have worded it any better! The Sigma is a brilliant lens for the price point and the technology within the lens is mind blowing for the price. However, the GM II will always have that touch over Sigma, it's compatible with Sony teleconverters, it's lighter, can focus closer than the Sigma and has a higher magnification. But it is almost £1000 more than the Sigma so I think it's about what type of photographer you are and how important the budget is.
In your experience which lens do u use often kind of any situation lens fr you..n Instagram id as fr ur works where u upload . Am fashion designer will be useful if we had chance to collaborate in future. Thank u
Personally I reach more for a 24-70mm and a 70-200mm because they're both super versatile and means I can cover many shot sizes, angles and compositions for both photography, videography and social media. If you shoot fashion then I would be tempted to shoot with prime lenses or wide aperture lenses so that you can achieve that lovely depth of field/bokeh. I hope this helps 😊

Awesome review 👌
Glad you liked it! 😁
Great stuff! 👏

The Sony is $2,800. I purchased this one and their new 24-70 2.8 for $200 less. Thank you Sigma.
