    Why yoga nidra?
    Yoga nidra is a practice of relaxation and mindfulness that is accessible for anyone. Its benefits are numerous - promotes better sleep, improves memory, decreases stress and anxiety, supports the immune system, promotes healing, and more. Yoga nidra can be practiced any time of day and is wonderful in the evening, particularly before bed, to help create a deep state of relaxation.
    Who is Ramsay Pierce?
    Ramsay is LoveYourBrain’s own Director of Implementation! Ramsay has over 600 hours of training in various styles of yoga, and she is certified through the Integrative Amrit (I AM) Method as a yoga nidra instructor.
