@wilazn No need to use a remote or controller. They are able to create a harness that spits out to the two valves and in turn, able to use everything like factory. No additional wiring, controller, remote, or taping into factory wiring. It was all plug and play, unlike other brands. On the factory exhaust, there is only 1 valve. This exhaust system has two, which is why you would need to carry over your factory valve to the new exhaust system.
@@ItsJustJayG ah thanks for the info I'm going to message the seller and see if they can send me the harness. So you just use the comfort/sports/sports+ to control the valves? I heard from valvetronic that they use a separate controller because the factory valves don't open all the way up till a certain RPM. Did you notice this? Also do the valves stay shut when you start the car with cold start? I want the valves closed when I start the car to minimize annoying my neighbor lol.
@@wilazn I have not had an issue with how far they open, if it is good enough for BMW to design it that way then I am okay with the design with it on an aftermarket exhaust if we are being real here. The only time they open automatically is when I am in comfort mode and press the gas pedal greater than 40% as if I am merging at a faster rate than I normally would. The Valves do stay closed on startup and won't open until you put it in Sport/Sport+ mode then press the gas pedal as BMW intended. This system is almost quieter than factory with the valves closed.
Professional video from the homie :D
🔥🔥🔥
We’ve gotta get some more sound clips. Drive bys or some better revs🙏
New video posted on the channel!
@ oh heck yes
Awesome video. Great breakdown on the install. Ordered mine from Qingdao Jtld right before Chinese new year so mines going to have a delay 😭
@wilazn Thank you I appreciate the kind words! You will love it. It sounds absolutely mental!
0:55 so wait I'm confused. Why did you have to use the factory valves. Did they not send you the valve controller and the remote?

Where did you get the black reflectors?
@@ryanpjack Thouse I actually wrapped with leftover vinyl wrap I had.
Is the sound exhaust only or do you also have cats or down pipes done?
