AB's vocal seemed different to you because of the production quality. This song was released in maybe 94/95 and audio production in here was not up to the mark before 2000s. This type of pop
rock'ish music was like the signature sound of the 90s mainstream band music in the subcontinent. The lyrical appeal, singing style and the guitar work of this song made it a classic and a perfect example of 90s music of Bangladesh.
Production is okey. At that time Voice of AB was tender.
His voice seemed different as it was recorded in 1994 and this guitar playing made him number one guitarist in Asia.

This song was released in 1994 but it still remained the same as I liked it at that time. It's an ever green song to until today. I love Ayub Bachchu and his guitar works so much. May his departed soul rest in peace.

his guitar playing is completely different...the melody in his guitar in Bangladesh...His guitar made the sound in bengali...so it touched the heart of bengali people... it was easily differentiable the other ones playing from his playing...he had some signature tone....
he popularized the guitar in this country...he reached to the every corner of this countrymens heart with his rock songs, which types of song was totally neglected to the mango people of this country..actually these types of song was seems to them as a foreign song...AB popularized these types of song to all kind of people of this country with his fusion with rock and melody.

Sometimes, in the then time, when the power grid failed, and the electricity went off, we in a group started saying this song while walking on the street at night in the city. This song with other rock songs at the then time gave us enough emotional and mental strength for a brighter career

well... this was recorded in 1994, and that was his singing style back then. and the live performance videos available in youtube now... are mostly from the later part of his career, when he was struggling with his physical condition and lost his peak efficiency of singing. moreover, the keyboardist of the band... TUTUL also contributed as back up vocal in chorus parts here in this recorded version. but the main vocal is AYUB... trust me!! 😅 by the way... GHUMONTO SHOHORE means 'in a sleepy town'....

bother you must see the live concert videos of these songs. Why? because sir ayub bacchu used to play his songs differently in concerts. And in every concerts he used to play it differently from one another, therefore his concerts was like a treat to us where you could not get bored like you usually do by listening the songs in the same way again and again. He used to change the intros, sometimes the solos, the outros. His songs are more rockish and metalish in his concerts than the actual recordings. The songs were recorded way past in 90s and 80s which is also a reason of his songs being sounding less rockish in terms of sound. Doing good bro! keep up the good work!
