      Bear walk but he has added a resistance loop across the feet along with a load(child) to increase the exercise level

      every Olympic weightlifter does that, its only a nono in fitness gyms because they don't have nice barbells, proper flooring, and they want the gym to sound like a library

      They do have big impacts. Because the final result depends on the weakest link (in many cases not big muscles but smaller ones).

      they dont, its more flexibility, warm up or stretch than anything else for the most part

      they really dont, in squats and deads, the core has very little use, the EMG data has concluded on this it does NOT fire much at all
