Okay question. My charger doesn't work at all I believe and inner piece was blown from being plugs into wrong outlet. Old 220 I believe. Would replacing this part help me if that's the case?

When I plugged the charger into the outlet it made a pop sound then charger doesn't work anymore. Do you have any idea to has cause it.
