Enjoy the presentations you guys do. Thank you for taking the time to produce them and for having these aftermarket industries advertise their products to us. I would like to say one thing tho, adding 1 HP to an engine that produces 125-150 HP is in no way going to enhance its ability to move the mass at any noticeable difference. A gain of 1 pony amongst 125 other ponies is .8%. That being said, if the decibel increase is 3, the slight increase in noise or tone could allow you to perceive a noticeable difference in how the sled performs. Anyway, your videos are very well presented and always fun to view! Keep churning them out. I’ll keep watching. Andy
Great product. Finally something that sheds weight and still has a decent sound but low enough DB's to keep the DNR off our ass. Will these be available in older sled models too?
I really love the sound of a loud can, for those of us that live in very rural areas with little to no trails on private land, its sad that were so frowned upon for loud cans. I use to live somewhere that was mostly private land, farm land and such, and I would not dare use even a trail can in those areas, but when i'm riding 20km from town and not a house for miles, its sad i still have to worry about tickets over cans. sometimes i feel like landowners cry more over the cans because of the negativity from everyone about them, rather than the noise itself.
Neat to hear you actually cared about HP gain at all with this one. A well tuned exhaust is worth it alone even if the gain is a flat 0hp, according to my ears.
Saving 6# is nice but stock exhaust is insulated.. Does the MBRP add a lot of heat under the hood? I know Stainless does not transfer heat as fast as steel or Aluminum does..
I have no use for a Exhaust as for making the sled louder of gaining HP but do like to use a Muff pot. Will this Can allow room for a muff pot for cooker?
I love sledding but absolutely quiet is king 🤴/ loud pipes are obnoxious and rude and ruin a good thing for those who are respectful of others ! Remember out of site/(sound ) out of mind .Happy trails😀!
I don't get it. Its as quiet as stock, only adds 1hp and only 6 lbs weight. Why not keep stock exhaust? I was lucky last year when my 850 E-Tec motor completely melted down on me that BRP stood behind it even though it was out of warranty. But it was a close call. I'm sure if I had an aftermarket exhaust I would have been out $2,800
I don't get the aftermarket exhaust thing at all, however good move to quiet things down for those who want them, otherwise we'll continue losing trails in Ontario. I've rode more miles than most, and don't enjoy hearing pipes on the trail by my house, what must my non-sledding neighbours think? I guess in a few years when only electric snowmobiles are allowed we won't be having any conversations about aftermarket pipes!!
That’s awesome you made a horsepower but did you steal it from Somewhere else is my question??? And your trail can as you call it makes a deers ears bleed!!! I can’t believe that things legal anywhere!!!
Look down everyone DB doesn’t stand for Dick Bigger!!! Once you realize that you’ll stop buying these obnoxiously loud cans!!! And thanks for making a quiet one at least
Mbrp just make a cheap replacement hollow can and you all think you gain imaginary horsepower 😂 now you'll tell me about weight savings when you're 250lbs + 😂🤦♂️
You'd think PolarisTrax would know better than to hock this stuff, especially since it's a potentially unlawful snowmobile modification. But, closed trails from upset landowners don't pay the bills like sponsors do.

You left out one aspect. In the end it's a net weight loss , and slight h.p. gain equaling a better horsepower ro weight ratio..

I just bought a MBRP trail and it's too loud, wish there was a trade in program

It's annoying to everyone, and there is zero reason for these cans, they just lose us land to ride on 🤬🤬🤬
@You are right not annoying to me. So not everyone...

How about one for polaris indy xc 600 137
4:25 the skidoo just shed a tear (from its right eye).

Its been 3 yrs since the quite can came out iam still waiting for it two be made for 2020 polaris indy xc 600 .
I love sledding but absolutely quiet is king 🤴/ loud pipes are obnoxious and rude and ruin a good thing for those who are respectful of others ! Remember out of site/(sound ) out of mind .Happy trails😀!
Does it fit a 2020 600 polaris
Does m.b.r.p make the quiet can for a
2020 600 polaris xc indy ? If so what's the part number.
they make one for the 600 ETEC Skidoo , why not the 600 Polaris Indy ?
Curious if this would fit the jaws single pipe
Braaaap

This exhaust legal in Ontario on the 850?
No it’s not.

Nothing is legal in Quebec btw
shnill Minnesota is the state where nothing is allowed (or aloud).
shnill same here in Newfoundland. Once the stock exhaust is tinkered with its consider illegal. Race can, trail, etc doesn’t matter.
Same in Ontario, the law isn't for DB level here... It's straight up any modified exhaust.
Not being able to adjust the way your sled runs by doing exhaust work is gay as AIDS.
That’s awesome you made a horsepower but did you steal it from Somewhere else is my question??? And your trail can as you call it makes a deers ears bleed!!! I can’t believe that things legal anywhere!!!
Might as well just keep your factory can. If I'm bot BRAAP! I don't want it.
83-85 DB please.
160hp @ 10% = 16hp. @5%=. 8hp, @2.5%= 4hp. Keep it stock, with full warranty.
Not legal in Ontario
Not legal in Ontario. You would think the Lester’s would know this. Even in the vid you can tell they’re not close to stock...same tinny sound
MBRP is very slow at order processing
I wanted to know how it sounds on a 850 etec , but you just had to keep talking over it 🤦♂️
Look down everyone DB doesn’t stand for Dick Bigger!!! Once you realize that you’ll stop buying these obnoxiously loud cans!!! And thanks for making a quiet one at least

The sleds gotta lose weight because I won't! LOL!
Why would you put an after market can on your sled to be quite....and the laws.......ridiculous....
Never occurred to me to yank the stock muffler on my 15g sledmobile and lose my warrNty to gain a pony
doesn't void warranty unless they can prove it caused an issue directly

Agreed. It's like their are oblivious to the cries of the people who give snowmobilers all these great trails to ride on.
LOUD PIPES LOSE TRAILS!!!
LOUD PIPES LOSE TRAILS!!!
Modifying your exhaust in any way regardless of Db level is illegal. (In Ontario) These do not in ANY way make you legal.
Not quiet enough.
Too loud for the Ukrainian military. Arrogance calling them quiet.
