A few years on now and this review is really very good, thanks very much for taking the time to make it, its an expensive system and its great to see someone remove all the bits and bats so we can see how it all fits together.
Your very welcome buddy. I still use this to this day. I will probably do an updated video for it at some point as there’s a couple of bits I feel could be improved but it is by far one of the best bits of kit I have ever bought. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment it’s greatly appreciated
@@Operationcarp I won't lie I am torn between this and the fox edges system, but I just wonder if the latter really is 20 quid better so an update on this one would be really useful if you have the time
Well done, thanks for your thoughts. Have been using the smaller brother so far. Felt it was too small sometimes, this however might be too big ... well, will probably get it. Since I ve started watching videos about it I feel like I need it, even though I actually don't 🤣🤣🤣
@@Operationcarp no worries it is amazing with built in magnifying glass the new little rig winders they do are good to to fit in the tackle box if the rig bored bit is full I cant wait for the chairs and bedchirs to come out
Thanks for your comment Brian. I think the Basix tackle box is suitable for most people especially for day tickets etc. I find I use this though as I like having everything 'just in case' and change tactics quite a bit if not catching. 🤭 I think alot of fishermen often take much more than is needed with them and I am guilty of this myself.
I got that bundle for £54.99 mate. I have heard people pick them up slightly cheaper before apoarnetly. That was from Angling direct. Still very impressed with it. Feels bomb proof atm! Time will tell
Ahaha yeah they aren't like old school tackle boxes. To me are more like rig boxes of terminal tackle components. I still take an old school style box with me too
Hi Jack, 6months on and I still love this tackle box. I use it every session. Had no issues with it. Its still in pretty good nick too. Its not big enough to keep all kit on for longer sessions especially if you want to switch to float fishing/feeder fishing too but for a general ledgering session it's perfect for me

Ahahaha story of my life mate! I probably wouldn't do without this now got I've got so used to it.
@@Operationcarp It's always likke that, once it's an habit it's gonna be really hard to change it ... esp. if it's a bad habit 🤣
what a pair of blankers
@@GDJ_R1 for sure! 😅
This system is expensive.
But worth every penny.
Fits in the front pocket of Kordas rucksack.
My rating ... 10 / 10.
Agree mate it's a cracking piece of kit
@@Operationcarp you tried the hook box the sell mate amazing best thing to keep hooks in
@@aarondavies8486 Hi Aaron, no I haven’t tried it mate but am interested in getting it. Looks decent. Thanks for the tip 👍🏻

@@aarondavies8486 brilliant thanks for the info mate. Might have to look into getting one!
Looks decent. Could probably do with a new box for the summer. If it ever stops raining ☔
Yes I'm definitely looking forward to the warmer weather. Have spent alot of cold days on the Bank this winter!
Hi just watched yiur video are you still using it .any issues.is there a bigger one thanks and great video
I was given one as a birthday present last month, so far I've spent about 150 quid on bits to fill it up 😆
Yes Bill its certainly not cheap to fill them up! I definitely feel your pain there
@@Operationcarp ...and I'm not finished yet, lol...
@@billcollins6705 as Anglers we never are! Tight Lines
Haha honestly, it has to look the part 😭😂
@@mikeylough2832 sometimes I see other people's and there's looks neater so I then spend ages trying to tidy mine up 😂
What's the difference between this and the tackle box and the collection ?
The collection you get all the smaller boxes that go inside- the one that’s just the tackle box you won’t get them.
Nor do you get the leader safe when just buying the box
Dose it come with some of the items in it like the corn and that or is that separate 😂🤷🏼♂️
Would love it if it came full as.would be much cheaper than buying all the bits separately! 😂
your comment to me has just disappeared LOL. this video has just cost me money as i have just ordered the leader safe to add to my box
Ahahah Sorry mate! It seems a handy little item to have in there. Ross
It's a nice box but you just end up taking far to much gear with you (OK if yu going to France) the korda basix tackle box is all we need
