"We are young Slovaks" A Slovak Album by Lou Sikora and his Orchestra. Vocals by Susie Sinchak and John Yanek. Appears to have been recorded in the 1960's by Del Sinchak. The album is slightly damaged, so the first couple minutes are scratchy on side 1. the first couple minutes on side 2 are also scratchy. This is a very unique album and absolutely one of my favorites albums ever. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! If you like this one, be sure to listen to the Barberton Slovak Choir Album. It is one of my favorites too,and I think it is also a very special album.

This is my favorite album of all time. Susie Sinchak captures the essence of Slovak folk music with her slightly nasal singing stlye. John Yanek did a great job and reminded me of my grandfather sitting and singing under the grape arbor on Indianola Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio
