I have that same scope! I haven't had a need to open it up yet fortunately. I think I have a better idea of what I'm looking at if I ever need to. Thanks for the informative video!

Have you repaired recent NVRAM model such as DS1486 found on TDS500/700 tektronix oscilloscopes ?

thanks for the video, I have a 2465 that I'm looking at doing something similar to. I've been putting it off because of the loosing data issue and needing to recalibrate. Maybe I should look at what calibration actually involves
