Yes you are right, We bought two Panasonic ac today via offline, there is some huge difference between online and offline.. because in same price for like 38000 online it is giving with wifi but in offline if you want wifi you have to give 45000

Difference in outdoor unit is not due to online/offline. These are different models. One is priced higher and one is priced lower. Both can be bought online as well as offline. Also Panasonic themselves are selling both type of models on their own marketplace online. Newer model comes with more features, that is why they have cut some corners to keep pricing in check.

This is an altogether different model. Ek hai standard 5 star model(NU series) jisme silver outdoor coating nhi aati(named eco casing) and remote bhi alag hai in comparison to the XU and HU series model jo apke pass hai jisme there are more features like nano-e/x, aerowings, jetstream, human detection etc. basically their top of the line models. I'm assuming purane vale ka model no is CS/CU-XU18YKYF. They both have a difference of 4-5 k with the top end model of HU series being about 7-8k more expensive than base models. Ek aur hai series which is the EU series jisme there is silver coloured coating on the outdoor unit. Vo hi difference hai sirf offline and online mein although EU series bhi hai available online. So for anyone buying 5 star model get the EU series model. Check the official brochure. And yes it is a bit of a mess to understand but agar brochure padoge toh sab samjh aajayega

For me online ac installer (Panasonic service) did vacuuming.
But offline installer (seller himself) didn't.
When asked he told new ac don't require vacuuming. I was confused.
I don't mind as both of them are working good.

They did not do Vacuum the AC before releasing the gas. Never allow this to happen always insist to Vacuum the AC before releasing the gas. If the they do not bring Vacuum pump send them away.
