No fresher openings in SAP. To get certified you need to have experience, then you can just exam fee around 30K take the exam. As a fresher, you need to attend full training and certification program with SAP which would cost around 2.5 Lakhs
There are very organisations where Basis and Security are performed by one person. Rest all have dedicated Security n GRC Team. To shift to SAP Security and GRC completely, please check my video on SAP Security and GRC Job
