Don't ever pay with a debit card. If you paid with a credit card, call your cc company and they will take the charges off and file a fraud claim on your behalf. Good luck.
I got scammed 5x too, months passed by and not a single parcel. So called 5 different stores in youtube. These purchases included are my presents to my mother who is ill and living overseas and I'm planning to help her a bit, look after her. I was angry when I received nothing at all, all in all it's $500.00 Australian dollars. Heartless scammer!!! You"ll get your karma!!!

You might want to check with your bank fraud department and change your debit card. Then the closed down shops can’t ding you again. Good luck. I’ve been there and done that. Two weeks ago I had to change my debit card. If it’s a credit card, your bank should be able to help you with that as well. Good luck. I’m sorry this happened to you.
You need to contact your financial institution and they will request your funds back and issue you a new card. Sorry this happened to you ❤

Call your bank submit a claim get your money back sorry you had to go through this those scammers are straight up thieves be careful and hope you get your money back ASAP

Hey Joan! Nice haul! Our stores here don't give you bags anymore. I got a whole lotta cloth bags now from getting groceries delivered. I recently ordered from Shein and Temu, then I had a few charges go into my account that I couldn't place, but when 89.99 when through, I called my bank and they canceled my online card. So it can be from anywhere! TFS Hugs!

Call your credit card and tell them what happened they will cancel that credit card number and issue you another credit card. It happened to me. Good luck.

Yes, they had that on the news that you should never buy things off of social media lick tik tok, insta and Facebook, you have to go straight to the website.
I had that same type of scam happened to me through a Facebook advertisement. It’s hard to know who is the rebuttal companies.
I did too but my bank gave me a refund after i filed fraud charge of what was loss and shut down the card and reissued me another card with different number.

The federal government has ordered all their workers not use TikTok on their work phones.
File a claim with your Bank or credit card company. It happen to me on facebook with the Stanly cups saying they were 14.99 i ordered 4 and my bank refunded me all the money and canceled my card . You can also file a report because Tiktok is letting this happen. with your attorney general. I always use my credit card so i run into some bull i am covered. I hate that happened to you.

Most banks have a reloadable card that is not connected to your bank account. This card can be used in store or online. You load the card with the amount you want to purchase your items. Sorry this happened to you.

Watch you account they have your card or account number make sure they aren't taking money out of your account call the bank or credit card account to make sure you are safe
Hello TFS I got my money back but they canceled my order cause they said it look suspicious . Yes I like tic tok shop but some of those stores look funny !!! Cancel with your bank and you will get your money back !!!!

I do like the tea kettle is just perfect for one person. Can your bank freeze your account till they give you New debit cards.. usually when a lot of transactions are coming to my bank account my bank automatically with send me emails and asked me if I have been purchasing a lot that's the way I have a set by the bank.. I wish you the best and I hope nothing else just gets taken out of your account. I can stand scammers 😔
I’ve got that same ice cube tray but mine had two trays. I just twist the tray to get the ice out. I haven’t figured out how to use that popper thing to release the ice cubes. Lol.

You need to call your bank
As a Property Manager we don’t order from Temu because they just throw the stuff by the front Gate they won’t enter the building to do front door drop off. Their delivery drivers are not trained correctly .
My TEMU is delivered from USPS and put on my side porch out of view.
