Summary of the 4 Points: 1. Connectivity, Communication, Culture 2. Trust Your Team 3. Build Strategies for Day-to-Day Success 4. Allow for Self-Management
I started to use a CRM to manage my remote team. As you’ve said, it’s important to build a strategy and allow self-management, that’s why I use Flowlu. I like that I can implement an Agile method to my workflow, it makes remote work way easier, efficient and faster. Your team can decide what to do, you don’t have to always watch over them, but at that time, you can always track their progress. Strong collaboration is important as well, that’s why I looked for a complete tool and stopped on Flowlu, because I don’t have to use other apps to communicate with my team. I can manage all tasks, data and chats in one place. Moreover, there are accounting and customer management tools in here, which makes Flowlu an essential tool for everything, especially for remote teamwork.
