I appreciate you never selling out Corey. You'll always be an artist I can respect. Playing your music, not what the mainstream wants. You're a dying breed, a real musician.
One of my favorite songs. Corey Smith was on at every party in high school. I just listened to 21 and F the PoPo for the first time in 10 years and I didn’t miss and single word. All the memories of backroading and listening to this. 21 hits a little different when you’re 30. Thanks for all the memories!
Seen him live several years ago when he came to Albany Ga... words can't describe how amazing he is live.... true artist not a studio superstar, was one of the best concerts I have ever seen, even got a laugh out of the cops doing security when he sang fuck the popo!! Even they could respect his talent. Hate we don't have artist like him these days, true storyteller and takes you a long in every verse in every song... Thank you Mr Smith it was a honor getting to see you when I did sir
Never has an artist wrote so many songs that touch home to me as your songs do. Corey your songs have made laugh, and cry. I thank you so much for that sir. May God bless you so much.
Corey another great one with me in it all the way you put it out there for us all 👍🔥 and can't wait to see the video 📸 and hay am sure it will totally amazing 🔥💯💯 much respect and love to you bro just plain awesome 👍😎👍🎶
Your music has helped me through some hard times in my life, more so than I can explain. It goes strait to the heart because it's from the heart and is preformed with heart. You have a god given gift Corey! Keep kicking ass!
Your sound just puts me in the right place. So thankful for being introduced to your music many years ago then introducing you to my sons. You are my connection with my sons and I love it
If you struggle like myself. And having a bad day like myself. Go check out Dax "Dear Alcohol"! This song and that one has helped me last few days! FCK it's been hard.... 😞
I'm addicted to a bottle. But not a liquor bottle. Still hits home for me. I've come to terms with who and what I am. I forgave myself many a year ago.
I haven't drank in so many years. Why the liquor always calls my name when I can't handle life anymore..... I just can't anymore. It's the only thing that calls my name and I am tired.
love old Corey Smith but sorry he sold out, he ruined maybe next year (which was one of my favorites) when he took it mainstream, same with 21.. but original are truly amazing
A girl named Tiffany turned me onto this song. She was in a rehab place and said it helped her. I heard it and got smashed. I wish she knew I stopped drinking.
If they knew it was a problem, it wouldn't be a problem. It's a problem cause it interferes with what people consider life. But songs addressing that problem do serve apurpose. Maybe it'll make someone realize they do have issues.
