Hi Professor Anderson: i have an FMC brake lathe I want to send overseas yo my brother. How can I remove the shaft so I can reduce the width of the shipping crate. Please advise and thanks!!
This lathe is way overcomplicated compared to how hunter handles it with a single one size fits all centering hub that has adjustable teeth on the inside that grab any rotor.
It's the 700 series where they added the variable speed DC motor rotor feed drive. I just picked up a JBC 600 from 1997, and was wondering the same thing. If it worked back then, hopefully it will work today...
Excellent description and demo
Best explanation found. thank you for taking the time.
Glad it was helpful!
the right side of my brain got very informed due to only the right side sound working
Safety... What about hearing protection and brake dust breathing protection?
absolutely!
Amazing video, I was having trouble understanding how to use the lathe but this video answered my questions.
This video is Very Appreciated
