while creating release app bundle do I have gone in project structure and created a signing configs with name of release and add key data there the password and store password and then in default configuration selected signingconfig.release and a signingconfig block created inside my build.gradle module app file in which the details regarding my keystore can be seen so it is required to do this above step that i did or simply the process u shown in video to generated signed apk thing is only required i did ur thing and also the thing that i have mentioned above but the problem is details regarding my keystore can bee seen in gradle which i am thinking is not appropiate regarding security point of view

Firebase is good option, as it is owned by google, there is high security for the data u collect from users. Also u will have many features like user authentication, realtime database, unlimited storage. Limitation is U will have to pay monthly after using their free space.
I don't think there is any option to upload apk. U can upload apk in other platforms like app store of amazon. If u don't know how to build bundel, i have taught in video.
One of the possible reason for this app crash is incompatible sdk versions. When u test app in emulator it's sdk version and the device where u install app its sdk version can be different
Wait for some time, the review time depend on app. If your app is big and complex, it will take more time. But if your app is small and simple, it will take approx 2-3 days
