Fox’s comments around the War Cry and the Haka has got me asking why Australia doesn’t do a War Cry before a test match?
The Kiwi’s allow everyone in the team to take part in the Haka, regardless of their Māori heritage. I think it unites not just the team but New Zealand’s people as a whole. Whereas all I see in Australia is division. Just look at what happened with the voice.
As a white person born in this country I know nothing else but this beautiful land and I only want to have a deeper connection with it and all the people that live here. I have deep seated instincts that crave a tribal gathering and expression of self, and I would be honoured to learn more about Indigenous culture and take part in the rituals.
So Fox, what do you think about inviting other Australian’s into your culture and allowing us to take part?

It was great to hear about the positivity and journaling aspect. So underrated in today's world. Good book to demonstrate the effect of positive words - " Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto ", a short book with pictures. It will help us understand how positive speech affects the body.

Carnivore diet is pretty nuts. What it appears to fix is amazing.
I'd love to see The Fox get right into it and skip the carbs all together. The nutritionist will definitely tell you you need the carbs. Maybe he's right. That's the only argument made against is hyper elite performance.
Tim Noakes wrote the book on carb loading. Literally. Now he's on the low to no carb bandwagon. There's definitely no energy drop off. Energy seems unlimited, when your out there working, no need for breaks, don't get hungry.
Especially for people with health issues and definitely weight issues. Just eat carnivore or LCHF at least
