Beef nihari recipe
beef 1.5 kg
lehsan adrak 3 tesp
3 cup water for pressure ,
pressure 20 to 25 mint,
onion 2 full size brown kr lain
lehsan adrk 2 spoon,
add gosht and fry for 1 mint
2 bari elachi
2 choti elachi
3 dalcheni
mix well
add yakhni and 2 cup water
add nihari masala
add plain flour and 1 tesp haldi 1 cup water blend well
add flour mixture ,
make it thick,
cover it for 15 mint ,
now flame off our beef nihari is ready and dishout and enjoye with naan or roti ,
